After years of ever rising maintenance fees, we decided to sell our timeshare properties. The properties are worthless. We could have tried to sell but the wait queue for other properties are so long that the wait would have cost us thousands more dollars in yearly maintenance fees. My recommendation that will save YOU thousands of dollars: dont buy any Marriott timeshares. If you put $15k in the bank now, you could use it for your future vacations when you want, where you want without having to project your vacation a year in advance. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a timeshare from Marriott.
