I received a pair of Winnergear P30 bone conduction headphones as a Christmas present. I have used the headphones perhaps a half-dozen times as I have not had good success with them from the beginning. After approximately 1-2 minutes of use, the headphones notifies me of a Factory Reload; then after another 45 sec of so, I get a notification again of a Factory Reload and the headphones shut themselves down. I am really disappointed in the quality of this product; they are virtually new and not working worth a crap. These were not cheap headphones! I can find nothing in the very limited instructions that came with the device that helps to solve this problem. I certainly hope you can advise me what I have to do to fix the problem or replace them with a working model. User's recommendation: Don’t buy this product.
