I sent some things back for refund.

This is three times I have called about this yes I was rude this time when I called because I've been told the same thing two other times that I would get my refund for the shoes which was right at $8 it was a problem with sending my shipping and handling back why it clearly said on there I would receive payment for shipping and handling if I used your address label and I did then they said I was not going to get my ship in handling but when I got no more candidates from you that wasn't sent back so yes I'm very unhappy and when I get my refund put back on my card I will never do business with your company again it's not your customer service's fault thank you have a very blessed day I have any
