Update by user Jul 06, 2021 I have sent several emails as well as called and I keep getting the same thing. "We will get it taken care of and apologies. Well I've been hearing that for 3 months!!!!! Original review updated by user Jul 06, 2021 I placed an order when I received it, it was wrong so I returned it. And called and ask them to cancel my account with them. But they didn't instead they sent my bill to collections even after returning the item, THEY NEVER SENT MY REFUND BACK EITHER. So now I'm having to take legal action because they refuse to TAKE IT OFF MY CREDIT AND THEY HAVENT SENT REFUND, SO ITS GOING TO COST ME MORE TO HAVE THIS TAKEN CARE OF THEN IT WOULD HAVE THEM User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
