No one will resolve my issue

Last night I bloody spent hours on the phone with your chat and now you wont pick up the phone. When I ordered I said if the dietary issue couldnt be changed as I get them always done in store then to cancel the order. Not only was I treated bad by your customer service person they credited me $5 on a $45 bill. I said to cancel the order if it couldnt be fofilled. Ive spoken to the manager of the restaurant and they are sorry but said your company is at fault. The order should have been cancelled. End of story. I will not aacept $5!!I want the whole order refunded. User's recommendation: Don’t use them!
