I’ve been trying to return mine since right after Christmas!!!

I got a similar one for Christmas. I asked how much was spent on the one I got for Christmas. I was told they only spent $10 and it works just as well as the Skylink TV antenna and I spent $50. And now, NO ONE can reach anyone to return this product. I live in PA, I wish I knew what I can do about this...any suggestions???
