The warranty requires the original package!!!! Come on. nobody keeps it. what a waste and will never purchase any bulbhead sponsored product again. Bulbhead replied, try to return it to Menards, which will not accept the return either without some packaging. They then offered to replace the hose, for a fee!!! User's recommendation: Better not to purchase from them.
