Having trouble with account

I paid off my balance and they are still charging me monthly and late payments. I call everyday and sit on hold for 3 hours. They tell me they will take care of it instead they charge more money and report late payments when account is paid in full. User's recommendation: Please to save headaches get from somewhere else.
