Update by user Aug 11, 2021 Value city, called me in July, to tell me that my recliner chair would be delivered in August, so I’m still waiting to see if what they promised me I will get hopefully. We shall see.. Original review posted by user Jul 12, 2021 Ive order a recliner in the month of March, as of July 12th 2021. I have yet to receive my chair, this is ridiculous and unacceptable for a large chain like Value city, not to deliver what they promised to me and Ive already paid for this chair. User's recommendation: If they don’t have your item in the store, don’t order it because you won’t get it for months to come.
