We raised our concern last 6 days ago regarding our internet connection your customer service team said that we need to wait 3 to 4 days as a technician will come but until now no one is coming to fix it we have work need to finish, and we also have student my god i don't know why PLDT services is very poor that makes me pissed!!!!... please guys show your professionalism to your customer!!!!
