Useless warranty, poor customer service

My third Covercraft car cover using this vendor. Needed warranty replacement since cover #3 rotted in 15 months on a 5 year warranty. Covercraft direct forced me to go thru Carid to get replacement. Carid claimed inability to replace 'discontinued item' cover and required me to buy a new cover. Customer service personnel are of no use, will not refer to management,and are generally stupid. User's recommendation: Fraudulent Warranty; Lousy Customer Service.
