Help with my warranty claim

Only thing I want to know is what is happening with my claim is Im going to get another mattress because I do have a 5 year warranty on this mattress I have been waiting a while now I am not a *** customer but I am unhappy do to not having this mattress long at all and having to sleep so uncomfortable that should not have to be at all paying that kind of money to you all
