Increase bill
I have sent you an email regarding my complaint. 5th August I was on the phone to your customer services regarding increase in my monthly bill , this was partly sorted but not very happy with it. I was than transferred to your service department as it seems that my broadband was not up to date and it is extremely slow. The member of staff who I spoke to could not get it updated after being on the phone for nearly an hour and reassured me that a member of the service staff would ring me 5-6 today .
