We gave our deposit to begin, had spent HOURS picking finishes, adding customizations to our floor plan. Time for the important kick off BUILDERS meeting. Gen Manager said builder won't be in the meeting. We asked to reschedule- we got an email with the subject line *** we knew that was a sign- we lost most of our deposit but we dodged that bullet! HORRIBLE business practices. Terrible quality and really aweful custmer service. User's recommendation: RUN AWAY do not walk. Find a better builder!
