Promotions sent to my personal email from Rogers communications is never valid nor approved, internet problems happen all the time, non-making sense answers, different excuses are given, unprofessional customer service, lies, lies, lies all the time, problems are never resolved, plans prices are so high, and the services are so low, the technician's guys needed more training and more experience, I think everyone has the same pain I have. User's recommendation: Must all customers stopped dealing with this company.
