It started when I tried to correct a problem with videos in Words with Friends2 to collect coins. I tried following directions to correct and now my old profile is gone - MyCats52 and there is a new profile that doesnt even work properly and I cant retrieve my old profile! I cant even start all over... which I really dont want to do if I can get my old profile back. I really like playing and have made friends and I have no way to contact most of them. I hope you can fix this problem for me. Thank you in advance.
