Missing points on Boots Advantage card

Ive been collecting Boots points for a few years and saving them up to give my daughter. I went to Boots yesterday to buy some more items, looked at my receipt and all the points Ive been saving for years had disappeared, whoosh, gone! Impossible to get hold of anyone at Boots to resolve this. Automated voicebot then held in a phone queue for an hour. Boots will be next to hit the skids as customers shop elsewhere. Appalling customer service. User's recommendation: Avoid.
