I attempt to download a new version of WinZip but Cleverbridge signed me up for an annual subscription without my knowledge. I contacted WinZip and was sent emails telling me I would be refunded the Cleverbridge jumped in and sent me an email telling me I would have to contact its customer service department. Before contacting WinZip I had already attempted to contact Cleverbridge but merely heard an automated recording that provided no assistance and hung up on me. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with WinZip and will be the last. User's recommendation: Never buy from Cleverbridge or WinZip.
