The customer appreciation the experian boost app. Your company app doesn't allow updates of all items if customer needs to update email as well as the ID and password yet this only goes to the old email on file, therefore that doesn't help the customer. User's recommendation: An department to update all customer information including email address or an bottom for the customer to do either status should help all customers.
