I purchased a roundtrip flight from San Francisco to Brussels, Belgium. I thought that Brussels Airline was booking my flight. The next thing I received was that BudgetAir was booking it. I looked at the itinerary and found that not only they had my birthdate incorrect, but it was an economy ticket for $991, which I wanted Business Class. I called them several times being put on hold for two hours. First time I was dropped, second time after a two hours wait, the agent couldnt hear me, but I could hear him! Weird! The third time after User's recommendation: I’m not finished…the third time, I told the agent I wanted to upgrade to Business Class and correct my birthdate. He said to upgrade the cost would be $15,000!!Rediculous. So I had no other choice than to book another ticket, through Brussels Aurlined for my Business Class, correct my birthdate and get seat assignments. For $4,900. I contacted BudgetAir again to see if they would give me a voucher for the $991 which I could use within a year. They said No, and so I had to cancel the ticket, and now I’m out $991!!
