I received my replacement modem from Cogeco on Thursday (not Wednesday). I did the swap and all is well, again. However, I was told that I was to return the old modem and a return address sticker would be included in the box. So no return sticker and the replacement modem was half the size so the old modem was too large to fit. I think Ill wait until they contact me. User's recommendation: Cogeco certainly isn’t the worst internet provider. I have dealt with Bell and Rogers in the past and in comparison Cogeco are superior.
