Ive had an InTEX spa for about eight months now and I think its operated properly maybe two months out of the entire time. Ive tried calling Intex support numerous times and you cant talk to a live person they hang up on you after telling you to go online. This InTEX simple spa was a waste of money!!! User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money!!!!
