Our daughter died November 2nd 2020. She was a child Ryder on my wifes policy. After her death we find out all the information on both policies was incorrect such as her name age birthdate etc. after giving them all the information they requested they then told us they would pay the benefit. That was a month ago now they will not pay because the name on the policy is not the name of our daughter therefore there is no claim. Be very careful with their field agents who falsely fill out the forms such as names birthdates even where ther born User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
