Dreadful experience – Did not deliver

I ordered a parcel from Amazon to be delivered by paack, they said they tried to deliver it 3 times.. I stayed in each time and no-one came. They did not respond to emails I sent and then I received notification they were sending parcel back to amazon;. Awaiting to see if that happens.. do not trust them User's recommendation: Do not use if you can avoid doing so.
