Original review updated by user May 15, 2021 Today I am having a different company redo my shower unit. There are leaks inside the walls and grab bars from shoddy workmanship that Bath Fitters did a few years ago. The base was discolored and peeling. When I asked for the lifetime warranty to be applied I was told that because they had changed their products my unit isn't covered. Lousy Service! Hired someone else! User's recommendation: Do Not Hire This Company.
