Rescheduling the flight tickets without informing the customer.

My flight is on 1st august 2021 , it was supposed to be at 6 30 am on 1st august 2021, but they postponed it to 8 45 am on 1st august 2021, without informing us now as a compensation they said they will give us one day prior flight tickets , but they didnot gave us of 31st july instead of that they said its a mistake of agent that they cancelled the flight of 31st july to 1st august at 8 45 am , now vistara is saying they cant do anything now sorry for that. I told them in lay over period i have to receive somone and then take my next flight, but they r not ready to compensate their fault nor they are accepting their mistake. super pathetic service is been provided to customer by vistara. I will never fly again with vistara. Never ever. anything anytian User's recommendation: never fly with vistara, they can change any time your flight timings and wont accept their mistake and wont compensate.
