prior to checking in i had a r oomph at this hotel and my window was open and a person was outside my room smoking..so I was blammed for it..at slater date another's room was already booked and I was not allowed to check in..so iwas not allowed a refund User's recommendation: Don't use this hotel,poor customer service.
