Order a part

I tried to order some accessories for my air fryer it was charged on my debit card it showed it on my mobile banking app that it went through on my end and for some reason it didn't show it on your end. I'm having a problem getting what I need. User's recommendation: Make it easier to order accessories by calling customer service.
