I have a problem with the air fryer

The words on the machine came off and Im not impressed when I spent 200.00 on the maxx air fryer and your customer service sucks I have left several messages over 3 months and no response now I left another message waiting for call back User's recommendation: They take there sweet time getting back to you about anything.
