Why can i not get an answer from anyone. For some reason you cant talk to a human being? others have gotten what I need and i told they went through you all. User's recommendation: Sorry your on your own/with both "Pissed consumer" and Thule Phone calls and emails "Nothing" calls and emails neither one works so Good Luck.
