HAVEN’T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT!!!

I Barney J. Strickling, placed order of mini bundle deodorant APRIL 4TH I got a gmail saying that you like received my payment on the 8TH of APRIL!!! and that my product was on it way it have been 3 weeks not and I see in ur ads that it takes 5DAYS so I want to know when is my product is coming ????
