I have not receive my order I placed in April

I ordered product in April, contacted the company. I did not hear from anyone until May. They said they found the problem and would submit a new order. I have not heard anything more Money was taken out of my account in April I have ordered before with no problems, and I loved the product, but this is terrible service User's recommendation: I don’t know how to eliminate this problem because they have not gotten back to me.
