I received some products that seemed old or spoiled.

Nobody at Lume has responded from their customer service department after 3 emails. It asks for a order number but I cant for som reason sign into my account. Yet the are sending me emails for advertising. When trying to log into my account it says no such email address can be found. Frustrated and irritated. User's recommendation: Be careful when dealing with this company.
