Charged for room to didnt stay in

Booked through Priceline. Made an error because I was looking for a room in Hot Springs AR. However I somehow booked SD. Priceline requested they not charge me but they did anyway. I am 66 and living on 800 a month I was hoping your company might show some consideration. User's recommendation: Do not book with this hotel.
