They said they would email me still nothing I would like to get my player back but of cause it is apparently lost now I have to go back to ups store get tracked from last oct after I paid 11$ to send it in and nothing so far User's recommendation: Don’t send in u won’t get it back so u we’ll loos all u pic and music that u spent a small fortune on.
