My Son’s Tablet Isn’t Working

Two days ago my Son's Tablet just stopped working. It won't even charge. I tried to order him another one but as you already know it wouldn't let me since he already has one registered to him. The tablet is our Lifeline. I'm willing to buy another one. Please help!!! My Son's name is Keith Bennett GDC#112**** He is at Baldwin State Prison
