Hi my name is Melvina lynch Im calling in concern of sending photos Ive sent pictures to my sons and a nephew in the prison system in the past numerous times and JPay would stamps to send photo and it would say the amount of attachments whatever the stamp cost may be and they will get them theyll get the message but they dont get the pictures and just as far as the last two weeks I sent one son the same pictures like three times that he received them one time so I would like to speak to someone about giving me a refund because Im paying for services that Im not getting my phone number is 561
