Package not arriving
Good Morning I placed an order on 08/07 & I recieved an email that my package was delivered yesterday and it was not. I have contacted ontrack but they have stated that they will conduct an investigation which takes 24/36 hours for a response. My question is how is this corrected, I placed this order so I could use the lignere for my work and now I will not be able to complete my work because I don't have my package. On track tracking number D100125****6191. I know the package wasnt delivered ot me because I was home all day and I had two grocery deliveries from walmart and target being delivered so I was at my door the whole time waiting.
