I have been contacting Directv since Dec. 2020 about a refund owed me. I have been told it will be sent in 3-5 days , 7-10 days, 30 days, and have not received it. The last person I talked to said it was taken care of and I should be getting it in 7-10 days and that was on 3/4/2021. Please can you handle this cause evidently your employees are to incompetent to handle this. My Account number is1251**** and was canceled in Nov. 2020.
