Food hasn’t came and driver is taking too long, won’t respond and shows he’s at another food place

We have been waiting for so long and the time keeps bumping up and taking longer. The driver wont answer and shows hes at Taco Bell for so long but I ordered wawa. He wont respond and I dont know what else to do to get my sons food. This is not okay and I want this resolved ASAP or another driver my order.
