Poor customer service. Messed up booking.

The outbound flight was canceled by Swiss. Priceline agents could not rebook for an appropriate flight and put me on delayed flight with 17 hours layover in Vienna ,arrival to the US on next day from originally booked. This caused extra aggrevation and stress trying to reach them. No live agents, voice recording to call back within 14 days of travel, we will call when next agent becomes available but wait for hours for that agent to call back who could not make any sense. rebook rebook reboo to sense to re User's recommendation: Don't book with Priceline.
