I returned a shirt that I received for a birthday present. I was exchanging it for another size. I was told to return item by mail and I would receive a gift card for the amount I reordered the shirt online before receiving the gift card because item in limited quantities . This was in beginning of March. I never received a gift card, and called customer service last week. According to agent who then had to go to supervisor, I will receive an egift card. I Have Not Received IT. User's recommendation: Go to supervisor.
