My 18 year old college daughter applied for a sales position was declined due to NO experience!!! Granted she never had a job with a company she baby sat for 4 years shes an honor roll scholar athlete I couldnt think of a better representative for your company-I fund it very comical that you send me countless emails regarding woman power and female CFOs , woman empowerment you dont appear to be so empowering NOW !!!! BTW , I spoke with one of the managers in Scottsdale I asked her the hiring age of your company , her answer .... 17 years old ... its so nice the company could give her retail experience over a soon to be 19 year old ... now thats empowering
