Since I obtained my loan from Triad they have mismanaged the Escrow Account every year. They do not pay the taxes in a timely manner. For the last two years they have allowed my property tax to become delinquent. For the last 2 years I have had to pay taxes myself though there were sufficient funds in the Escrow account. This year after I paid the taxes they deducted the amount from my Escrow account but never sent the funds, I am now out $820.33 yet they still insist they paid the funds and refuse to credit my Escrow account, One year they failed to pay the insurance and I had to pay it after the policy had lapsed. Anyone biuAnt after the User's recommendation: Avoid doing business.
