Update by user Jun 23, 2021 Vtech listed their customer service hours as starting at 9 am Eastern. They actually don't start until 10 am. So when you call between 9 am and 10 am, you get a message telling you to call during business hours, even though you are calling them during their stated business hours. They really do need to change that. However, when you finally figure that out and get in touch with someone, their customer support is actually quite good..
