I had a dishwasher delivered at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4. But the installer did not show. When I called at 4:00 p.m. to inquire about status of the installer, I was told that the scheduled install time was 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. That was the first time I was ever given an install time. My original delivery time of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. was the time I was given. There was no communication about the install being late or rescheduled.
