Most disrespectful branch I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. To add fuel to the fire I cannot get a customer service rep to call back.

UI had my transmission rebuilt and have had to take it back for the third time to be repaired for the same problem and they tell me the warranty is void because there was water in the transmission. Has anyone ever thought that we drive during rain and that if a rebuilt transmission has water in it then it was never properly repaired to begin with. User's recommendation: Use another transmission shop if this is how they do business.
