Waited a week for tires that were in Stock -- Not only was their so-called 2 day delivery a lie, they never have them and never shipped them, they actually emailed me and told me that were at the installer, ready to be installed... another lie. To makes things worse, the rep I called to inquiry as to what happened, could care less about the situation and offered a refund. The refund was not the issue, the issue is that I needed the tires for a trip... now I don't have them, a week after I ordered them (with a supposedly 2 day delivery). I will never use them again! User's recommendation: Don't buy here if you have a time line for tire need.
