No one contact me

I cancel my order two weeks ago I had two orders however they only cancel one of my orders I never received the merchandise after pay is charging my bank for something I dont have I have try many times contacting chic me and no one reach out too me after pay wants something from your company stating that both orders are cancel My address 408 Mossy Rock Dr Hutto, Texas 78634
