I've had money go missing off my account twice. The first time it was $11 and the following time it was $22. Also the inmate I'm in contact with was transferred to another facility so whenever I try to add money to the account it goes to fund thw wrong facility so I've been charged twice for transferring funds which is almost $6. This company is a greedy good for nothing waste of space. User's recommendation: Keep track of the money you post to your account.
